After our discovery call, we’ll send an offer that includes the service contract. It includes the VA Plan pricing and scope of services. An opt-in link is also embedded in the contract where you can sign up to our service.

After we confirm your opt-in, you’ll receive an initial onboarding email that includes our Onboarding Doc. Key things that happen during initial onboarding are: Getting platform access, setting up of project management workspace, receiving SOPs and resources from the client, and mapping out initial tasks. We’ll also schedule an intro call with you and the VA team to introduce our Client Leads.

We have different VA plans that start at 40 hours/month. During our discovery call, we’ll present to you our existing VA plans and pricing.

Our website design and development + branding services are project based. For VA support, we only have fixed monthly plans.

Your main point of contact would be our Lead for Operations and the Lead VA assigned to you (or Client Lead). Depending on your needs, we will build a team that will handle the tasks.

There is no lock-in period for our fixed monthly VA plans. You can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan. You can also pause or cancel your subscription at any time as long as the previous billing cycle has been cleared.
